We just bought a house, and wanted to do our own AC and Duct cleaning right away upon closing, to make sure the units were properly cleaned. We hired E.R. HVAC and when David arrived, he was literally a breath of fresh air! We have two units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Upon his thorough inspection, he found that both units were completely infested with mold. The house was left vacant for over a year, and proper maintenance was not done for probably even longer than that. We learned that no filters were used for quite some time also, in addition with a history of pets in the home. As new homeowners, this was an absolute nightmare! We knew the units were dirty and in need of service, which is why we hired E.R. HVAC to do a proper cleaning in the first place. The mold discovery was a complete surprise, and absolutely disastrous! David got to work right away, and quickly got us scheduled for our mold remediation deep cleaning and UV light installations. He was reassuring, calm, professional, kind, curious, and understanding. He took the time to go over the proposal with us in great detail, explaining every step of the process. They even offer a veteran /military discount! I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for David and his team. He litteraly saved our lives! The air definitely smells cleaner and fresher in our new home, and we owe it all to David.
