We cover Jacksonville and the communities around it — the beaches, St. Johns County, Clay County and down into St. Augustine. If your address is outside the list below, call and ask rather than assuming; the service area is wider than the pages we have written.

Where we work

E.R HVAC is based in Jacksonville and works across Northeast Florida. Each area below has its own page, because the housing stock and what we find inside the ductwork genuinely differ from one to the next.

Jacksonville

Our home base and the bulk of our work, covering the city and the surrounding neighborhoods. Air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, duct repair and sealing, chimney cleaning and attic insulation.

Jacksonville Beach, FL

Coastal homes from 1950s cottages to newer condo blocks, where salt air, sand and a long cooling season all end up in the ductwork.

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Larger homes with two or three air handlers and long attic runs. We quote and clean per system rather than per house.

St. Johns, FL

Fruit Cove, Julington Creek and Nocatee. Mostly newer construction, where leftover build debris in the runs is the usual finding.

Orange Park, FL

Established Clay County neighborhoods with original ductwork, alongside newer subdivisions. Long interior dryer vent runs are common.

Fleming Island, FL

Between the St. Johns River and Doctors Lake, with attic air handlers and steady humidity. Green Cove Springs included.

St. Augustine, FL

Historic houses where ducts were retrofitted long after the house was built, plus the newer subdivisions west of US-1.

What we do in every area

• Air Duct Cleaning — Supply runs, returns, plenum and blower compartment, with before and after photos.
• Dryer Vent Cleaning — The full run from the dryer connection to the exterior termination.
• HVAC Antimicrobial Treatment — An EPA-registered antimicrobial product, used according to its label, on request.
• Duct Repair & Sealing — Resealing connections and replacing flex duct that has torn, sagged or been crushed.
• UV Light Installation — An in-system UV light fitted at the air handler, with the lamp interval explained.
• Chimney Cleaning — Cleaning only, including the inspection that is part of the cleaning.
